Ultimate Lake Mývatn, All Included

Starting from Akureyri, we take in the splendor of Goðafoss Waterfall, the waterfall of the Gods. Soon after, we arrive at Lake Myvatn, a volcanic, geothermal wonderland that straddles the Eurasian and North American tectonic plates. Here, we explore the Skútustaðir pseudo-craters, the Dimmuborgir lava fields, and the colorful Mt. Námafjall with its boiling hot pots and steam vents. Next, we indulge in a three-course meal at Vogafjós, located inside a cowshed and offering delicious, homemade local food. After dinner, we soak in the nature baths at Myvatn. Feeling rejuvenated, on the way home we search for the brilliant Northern Lights that illuminate the night sky over North Iceland. Available as a group or private tour.
